Silicon Carbide Gas Lift Face

The rotating ductile ring with a highperformance coating sets this dry gas seal apart from its counterparts. It offers superior wear resistance in low-speed scenarios, such as coast down or turning, where seal face contact is prevalent. This seal occupies less radial space than conventional Dry Gas Seals, enabling installation in smaller cavities of process gas screw compressors without sacrificing reliability. The stationary spring-loaded unit is provided as a sub cartridge, integrated with a rotating ductile seat that features centering and secondary sealing capabilities via an O-Ring, facilitating its function as a component seal.
